Date Difference

Hi,
      How do i find the difference between two dates which contains time
also.. I know that i have to use datediff function. but consider
i have two dates as follows

d1 = Format("06/08/2002 05:30:00 PM", "dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss AMPM")
d2 = Format("06/08/2003 05:30:00 PM", "dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss AMPM")

now the exact difference is 0 days, 0 months and 1 year 0 hours, 0 minutes
and 0 seconds...how can i do this using datediff...or is there some other
way to find out this difference , can anyone help me out in this
