Re: COM+ Export: how does client know where the server is?

By chance, are you trying to configure COM+ to communicate through a
firewall?  I suspect so when you start talking about what port communication
is going to occur on.

It should help clarify a few things about ports and tcp comm.  I used this
successfully about 2 years ago on a project, so I know its acurate.
