Need help in Crystal Report (Cross Tab Report)

Hi all..
          I have developed one cross tab report using crystal reports as a
reporting tool and visual basic as front end. But now i am facing one
problem, that is i have displayed employee name and for that employee i
displayed the salary structure as follows
                EARNINGS             TOTAL  DEDUCTIONS TOTAL     TOTAL
                BASIC    HRA     DA         PF    LTA            AMOUNT
STAFF NAME      5000     1000    50  6050   100   500  600       6650

the amount which is displayed at end is the sum of earnings and deductions,
but i want to display the difference between earnings and deductions as net
payable..so how can i do that ...can anyone suggest an idea for this kind
of report...its very urgent...
