Urgent - Server Configuration

 Hi friends,

        I want a sugeestion about the server configuration running Windows 2000
Advanced Server, IIS 5 and is required to support 150 users concurrently.

        The hardware suggested is as follow:

                4 GB RAM
                Pentium Xeon 1 GhZ Dual Processor

        Is the above mentioned configuration sufficient.
