path of log files

Does anyone know how to control the path where the log files are emitted
to?
The RollingFileAppedner receives the log file name, but not the path.
It seems like the log files are always created in the same folder the
app is executing from, while what I need is for them to be created in a
different directory whose relative path is ..\logs (relative to the
execution dir).

Can anyone help please ?
