Logging level guidance

It is pretty obvious what "Fatal" means. And I'd guess "Debug" could be anything that doesn't qualify under one of the other levels - but has anyone written down explainations, experiences and general guidance about when it is appropriate to log at Warn vs. Error ? Info vs. Warn?=20 I've done some googling and there have been good tutorials, but none I've found that cover this aspect.
