WMI / Trace subsystem log4net appenders

Hello,

I am currently comparing the MS Logging App Block, MS EIF, and Log4Net.

Do any plans exist to support WMI appenders and/or Windows Trace subsystem
appenders, similar to the EIF?

Our interest in WMI is to support our operational management console.  The
Windows Trace subsystem is interesting because of its touted suitability for a
high throughput production environment (thousands of simultaneous users), via
its kernel-mode, unmanaged native code.

Any comments or feedback is appreciated.
