log4net and ASP.NET

Hi,

I can not figure out how to use log4net with Asp.Net. I have read all the
FAQs. I granted 'full control' to the ASPNET user and the IWAM and IUSER
users but no logfile is written. I also tried to enbale log4net debugging
but DebugView does not get any messages. Trying to log to an access
database, using the example from the web fails also. Any hint on how to
start debugging? Without errormessages it's hard to get a glue on what's
going on.
