VS.NET Solution Configurations/Platforms?

Hi all,

I'm currently working on upgrading the project/solution files to VS.NET 2010 format.  I was able to convert the existing files successfully but ran into a snag with the solution configs.  In a nutshell, they are all over the place. What should be the consensus for the solution configs/platforms?  Debug|x86,  Release|Any CPU?  Any insight is greatly appreciated.
