Error resolving module references

When compiling Reports with .NET version 1.1, I get a message stating a
DLL file in the project is invalid.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this problem?  The file
Interop.PDFlin_com.dll exists, I am not sure what I need to do to make
this work....
