Getting an error when sending an email notice using Nant

Library not registered. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8002801D (TYPE_E_LIBNOTREGISTERED)) Anyone seen this before? I'm trying to connect to MS Exchange Server. I've been google'ing this for a bit now but most of what I'm seeing doesn't relate to Nant.
