.NET Client Profile and System.Web causes Internal Error

When running NAnt .91 on Win7 with .NET Framework 4 Client Profile
(which is the default Microsoft install within the Update Center) I
see the following error:

INTERNAL ERROR

Could not load file or assembly 'System.Web, Version=4.0.0.0,
Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its
dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
Could not load file or assembly 'System.Web, Version=1.0.3300.0,
Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its
dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

>From what I can tell this is due to System.Web which is not available
in the Client Profile.  Any chance that this can be fixed in a patch
release?
