Death to Foo and Bar

Having recently updated my copy of the trunk, I watched the updated files
fly by. To my dismay, yet another version of "Foo.cs" was added to the
source.

Please don't use Foo and Bar. They have no default relationships, no
standardized constructor, no inherent properties. In order to debug a test
that contains a Foo / Bar class developers are forced to review the class
and mappings to understand the desired relationship. Instead, use an obvious
relationship such as People->Pets, Cities->Houses,
Customers->Orders->LineItems etc.

Foo and Bar add no value...
