mmmm... why we need a ExpressionTreeTranslator for each dialect ?

BTW it is early to talk about it. Before it we need the new tree and a good
state of the new translator.
After that we can start to think how the 2 MS Dialect can change something.
Before it I would like to see a translation of
from Animal
select cast(a.BodyWeight as Double) from Animal a group by cast(a.BodyWeight
as Double) having cast(a.BodyWeight as Double)>0
select lower(an.Description) from Animal an group by lower(an.Description)
having lower(an.Description)='abcdef'
select min(a.BodyWeight) from Animal a having min(a.BodyWeight)>0
from eg.Cat as cat join cat.mate as mate left join cat.kittens as kitten
select distinct new SummaryItem(a.Description, sum(BodyWeight)) from Animal
a
from Animal a where substring(a.Description, 2, ?) = 'bcd'

This is HQL (our native OO query lenguage) but something to do the same with
LINQ (MS OO query language).
