Everything else looks fine, except for NAnt -> MSBuild. Switching from one XML build syntax to another doesn't make a lot of sense. Tooling around MSBuild is poorer, except for the "visual editor" that is Visual Studio. You're kind of out of luck if you want to do anything moderately complex. NAnt has ReSharper at least. I would personally recommend sticking with NAnt as it works. If you do want to change the build system because the NAnt XML is a bit gnarly to work with, I would recommend evaluating non-XML build systems such Rake, Bake, or psake.
