Source control migration to Subversion

Thanks to the generosity of Morten Mertner, nprof's source will be 
moving to a nice, shiny Subversion repository.  I highly recommend the 
use of TortoiseSVN as a subversion client.  Other SVN info is available 
on the confluence site here:

http://www.mertner.com/confluence/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=49

Since the repository isn't linked to Sourceforge anymore, you'll need to 
send Morten your desired Subversion username and password.  He'll set 
you up and you can start committing over there.

I'll be shutting off the CVS server soon so that noone accidentally 
commits anything there.

Note that we'll also be moving the nprof website and tracker over to his 
site as well.  I'll send additional details as we get set up further.
