FileNotFoundException - DotNetLib.Windows.Forms.Themes, or one of its dependencies...

I'm including a bug report, with details on the fix.

nprof 0.9 fails to display profiling results with the error:

************** Exception Text **************
System.IO.FileNotFoundException: File or assembly name
DotNetLib.Windows.Forms.Themes, or one of its dependencies, was not
found.
...
----------------------------------------

The exception is caused by a missing msvcr70.dll. Copy this DLL into
the bin directory, and everything works fine.

Note: See MSDN Knowledge Base Article 326922 for more information on
redistributing the runtime (and why, as in my case, it may not be
present in the system directory).
