assumeNotEquals

The Assume.That(...) notation was my translation of the Java there to
what I thought would be a good "NUnit C#" style... Other translations
could be:

Assert.Precondition.That(...)
Assert.Precondition()
Assert.Check()
Check()
Precondition()
etc. etc. But it all boils down to something that acts like Assert,
but instead of throwing the test failing exception, it throws an
exception that something ok happened because the preconditions weren't
met by the data passed into the test.
