Changes to NUnit Solutions

Hi All,

If you build from source and download the latest head from CVS,
you may be in for a bit of a surprise.

The NUnit Visual Studio solutions and projects, which were
previously in the tree under the src directory are no longer
there. However, because of how CVS works, you will still see
your old copies in the working directory. The best bet is
to get a clean working directory from CVS.

There is now a new top-level directory, "solutions" with
subdirectories "vs2003" and "vs2005" That's where you 
should be building, if you use Visual Studio. Only the
NAnt build remains in the source directory.

This change now allows us to get rid of the mangled project
names (e.g. nunit.framework.dll_VS2005) and the Debug2005
and Release2005 configurations that were needed when keeping
both sets of projects in the same directories.

In the longer term, this change will allow us to more easily
tailor packages for different .NET runtimes and move toward
the configuration options planned for NUnit 3.0. For the
next release - NUnit 2.5 - we will probably only leverage
this ability by providing two different framework assemblies.
