Ok, that makes sense. Do you want the dependency expressed at the
Fixture level, or the Assembly level, or some other level? If you did
express the dependency at the Fixture level, then you could run the
tests from the other fixtures. Same for the assembly. I'm thinking on
behalf of people who might have large slow test suites that run at
night, and they wouldn't want to come in in the AM and find that none
of the tests that take 9 hours to run passed.
