Changes to core.interfaces

Hi All,

Changes to this assembly are rare, so I thought I'd let you know
what's up. This is in the CVS head now.

The TestCaseResult and TestSuiteResult classes no longer exist.
All interfaces that used them now just use TestResult.
TestResult is obviously no longer abstract.
The ResultVisitor interface is gone and all internal classes
that used it now just treat all test results the same.

I'll be doing some further simplification of SummaryResultVisitor
and XmlResultVisitor before moving to the test hierarchy.
