SuiteAttribute, RowTest and IterativeTest

I just ran into SuiteAttribute... while prepping for an NUnit demonstration... interesting. Was this intended to solve problems similar to those solved by RowTest and IterativeTest, or is it there for another purpose, or just to do whatever?
