Rakija 1.1.0.0

I've released version 1.1.0.0 of Rakija (my combined extension for parameterized tests and fixtures). I was going to change the syntax to combine Kelly's IterativeTest, and Andreas' RowTest, all in one, but I thought I'd hold off that for now given that there'll be more support in NUnit 2.5.
 
I thought you'd be interested in the changes though - the parameterized fixture builder and parameterized test builders are now much less coupled, though there's still a bit more coupling than I'd like.
 
It would be now much less work for either Kelly or Andreas' addins to be modified to fit into this scheme (though I'm not totally happy with the quirks/niggles still).
