Hi Gary,

Too bad about the adhoc-tests project - I use it to do one-off tests when
people report
problems and it should only be in the distribution as an empty project. Just
delete
either the unfound source or the entire project from your copy.

The docs download is simply there so people who want to get the docs
separately
can do so. It's the info that comes with all the other downloads.

The extension points are listed in the nunitAddins page, which you can
navigate
to by selecting Other Features | Extensibility | NUnit Addins.

My guess is that your extension should probably be both a test case builder
and a data provider, so take a look at the ParameterProviders extension
point.

Charlie

Subject: Re: [nunit-developer] NUnit 2.5 Alpha 1 Release (Charlie Poole)

Hiya,

Trying to build the 2.5 source, I thought I'd point out that I get a build
failure in the adhoc-tests project:
NUnit-2.5-Alpha-1-src\solutions\vs2005\tests\adhoc-tests\InconclusiveFixture
.cs' could not be opened ('The system cannot find the file specified. ')

Also, I can't download the 2.5.alpha.doc.zip (can't remember the exact name)
- is it on Sourceforge? My ISP is really throttling my account at the
moment, so it might be that it's timing out, but I was able to download the
other files. What's the contents of this file? Does it say what the new
extension points are? If not, is this info available somewhere (I've got a
bit of time this week to update my extensions against 2.5). Being really
cheeky now ;-) ... but, is there any change of making this a PDF?

Cheers,
Gary
