Un-merging RowTestExtension

Hi All,

When I merged rowtest into the nunit extension assemblies, I said
it was an experiment. I think that the experiment has shown some
deficiencies and after some discussion with Andreas, I plan to roll 
it back in 2.5. 

The main issues are

1) It's not really feasible to update the extension between releases
of NUnit when the code is merged in this way.

2) After each new release of the extension, someone will have to 
re-merge the changes into NUnit.

3) It defeats the whole purpose of having addins.


So for the NUnit 2.5 Alpha 2 release, I plan to revert to the original
assemblies, exactly as Andreas provides them. They will be installed
in the addins directory and in the framework lib directory respectively.
(The latter makes the assembly with the attributes appear in the
Add Reference dialog)
