NUnit 2.5 Changes

Hi All,

Further changes just checked in that provide for type checking and 
data conversion for parameterized tests. This is not yet in keeping 
with my proposal, for which I would still like your comments.

If you download and build this from CVS, I'd particularly like to
know about any problems with running tests that use older versions
of the framework. I'm concerned that one of my changes may lead
to such issues, although I have not seen them yet myself.
