Could not load nunit.framework

Hi

After installing NUnit 2.4.7, running nunit-console.exe gave out this error:

"Could not load file or assembly 'nunit.framework, Version=2.4.7.0, Culture=neutral..."

Is this a known issue? Any workarounds to this?
