Hi All,

There is now an AttributeConstraint, accessible as
  Has.Attribute(Type) or
  Has.Attribute<T>()

At the moment, you have to specify the exact type but it
could be expanded to work as a prefix with arbitrary
constraints applied, just as Property works.
