Hi Pieter,

You should only see logging output if you have enabled log4net logging for
your tests or system under test. If you are seeing any logging that you
didn't initiate, please file a bug.

While displaying the log output could slow things down a little, I don't
think it would account for the level of impact you are desribing.
Do you see this for all tests? For example, what happens if you run the
NUnit tests themselves?

Charlie

Subject: [Nunit-users] NUnit 2.4.4 very slow :-S

Hi,

I just migrated from NUnit 2.4.1 to 2.4.4 and it became incredably slow!
Tests which took only some seconds are taking serveral minutes now!

Any idea why this happens and how to have normal speed? I notived that there
are tons of output in the Log-tab. I tried to disable the tab, but the
speeds is still the same...

Kind regards,

Pieter
