NUnit and SQL attached assemblies

Hello, I'm writing a project in C# that I attach to SQL Server as SQL functions in order to extend it with .NET. I've had no problems doing this up until today. I use TestRunner for my test coverage, and I noticed that TestRunner doesn't seem to acknowledge or care if I add a project with methods that contain the SQL Server attribute, now I am wondering if anyone knows if NUnit is compatible with this kind of project, or is this a simple shortcoming of TestRunner?
