Various attributes introduced in the NUnit 2.4 series are not recognized by ReSharper, including Culture, SetCulture and SetUpFixture. The new overloads of ExpectedExceptionAttribute are also ignored. Finally, no addins are recognized or loaded. TestDriven recogizes all of these and is compatible with NUnit 2.4.6. In any case, I believe Andy was asking about integration into the existing VS2008 testing structure, as opposed to separate add-ins for running NUnit.
