Unhandled exception handling tests

I'm trying to write some unit tests for a wrapper class that handles Application.ThreadException and AppDomain.CurrentDomain.UnhandledException. If I throw an exception, the test of course fails. If I use the ExpectedExceptionAttribute, my wrapper class never sees the exception. Any ideas on a solution?
