ExpectedException and derived exception types

I'm right in thinking that this:

[ExpectedException(typeof(DbException))] ...

...will not work if the actual exception type is SQLiteException, right?
I'd hoped to implement a generic fixture for some database-independent
code. So I have to implement my own handler
(http://nunit.net/index.php?p=exception&r=2.4.2), or make the expected
exception's type one of the type parameters.

By the way, as far as I can tell, Resharper's test runner doesn't
recognize the Handler property of the ExpectedException class. Caveat
emptor.
