Have you looked at COMUnit? That is geared to testing COM (VB) Dlls.

Subject: [Nunit-users] NUNIT and VB 6.0

Hi

I am working on two projects, one in VB 6.0 and the other in .net. The VB
6.0 project runs as a part of the .net project. I wanted to know how could I
use NUNIT to test the VB part.

Thanks
