netmocklib build not working

If anyone has any time, there is an example of 2.4.7 not working at http://sourceforge.net/projects/mocklib. The module is netmocklib. Just run build.bat which tries to run nunit but fails....this used to work. Anyone know why or how to even debug what is going wrong? If I switch nant to use <exec program="nunit-console.exe">, it still does not work and fails.
