Yes, you have been a major help!!!!  thanks for the information.

I guess I will stick with my hack of copying all dlls to testassemblies and
copying production dlls that get deployed to webservice to outassemblies.
It's either that or it seems nant would have to generate config file every
time with this probing(as this is a generic buildtemplate like
java's.....you unzip and you have a bunch of tools in a box).
