Note my use of the word "somewhere".  :)  Not made clear was my 
understanding that it was a separate piece and would likely be 
documented separately.  I was just hoping for a pointer to that doc.

I didn't expect the *NUnit* documentation to include them at any rate, 
other than perhaps simply pointing at some documentation.  Perhaps a 
requirement for add-in writers to either include some documentation in 
NUnit's, or a link to the documentation on the web?
