Newbie: how to start (VERY BASIC)

I’ve downloaded and installed the Windows MSI-installer version of Nunit 2.4.7.  I just opened the VB example in VisualStudio 2005 (I also have VS2008). When I just attempt to run the project, I get an error saying that anything with “Nunit” in its name is not defined.
 
So, What do I have to do to run the sample application?
 
Then, what do I have to do to run the unit tests?
 
Will Nunit run unit tests on a vb.net web application (asp.net)?
