I finally got it to compile (it seems that the VB project was built for a previous version of the Nunit install, so I had to delete the reference to that .NET object and add the reference to the new object and it compiled!)...

Anyway, then I was able to run the gui, point it to the DLL and run the unit tests.

Oh, and say what is the error message and line number of the compile
error... that would help too.
