Re: The resource is in use!!

You only need to load the assembly that has the tests. All other referenced
assemblies will be loaded by .NET in the normal way. This means, of course,
that they must be available in the test Application Base or on any 
probing path you have set.

Does this happen when you load the tests the first time after rebooting
the computer?
