reason for error status of an addin?

Hi all, I have built the source code for the iterative test extension(written by Kelly Anderson) against nunit 2.4.7. I am having difficulty getting the extension to be recognized by the nunit GUI. All I see in the GUI, in the Tools\AddIns... menu, under status, is 'Error'. What does this mean? Why the error? Where can I get more info on why this extension errored?
