when i have a SetupFixture in a namespace the GUI won't run all the tests

v 2.4.2.

If I have multiple layers of namespaces, and a setup fixture is in  
the highest layer, clicking run on that namespace only runs tests in  
its immediate child classes.
I think it should recurse the namespace tree, like it does when I  
don't have a SetupFixture defined.  should I file a bug report?
