Thanks Charlie. I gave some thought to this, and I can see what a pain 
it is, because we are using CustomAttributes that aren't easy to just 
know if they are there or not.

I prefer the test way, but the declarative way seems Ok as well. Seems 
to be the best balance of both worlds.
