Hi Sean,

I think including an Assert.Fail() should be enough in the TestSetUp or
TestFixtureSetup so that the test suite is not run.
I'm using these in my tests as well so I can see if the preparations
have actually been handled correctly.

Is there a way to throw some kind of exception (or other signal) during
[Setup] so that the testfixture isn't run?  I'd like to make some tests
that won't run in every environment, but to opportunistically run them
whenever possible, but not could the tests as fails if the environment
isn't a match.

This isn't as broad as Linux, Mono, or .NET-2, it's more about having a
correctly configured database.

Any pointers would be appreciated.
