It's normal in .NET that you have to make any assemblies - except those in the GAC - available to your application at run time. If you can explain how you are compiling and running your app, we can give you more exact advice. Remember, that there are lots of ways to do .NET, so we don't know if you're on Windows or Linux, use Monodevelop or VS or the command line. :-) Please try to do something about your mails coming to us multiple times.
