to post some guidelines, and you were the excuse. :-) I may
use some of this for a FAQ.

Yes, that's in part an outcome of the reply setting on this
list. Whether to "munge" reply headers or not is one of those
"holy wars" of the internet community. Frankly, given my
experience with our current settings, I'm thinking of switching
to "reply to list."

A good techique, if you have a place to do it is to post
the image somewhere and provide a link. Also, if you have
to use an image, try to have it attached rather than embedded.
Then most mailers will leave it off of any replies automatically.
That's one reason to use plain text.
  
But more importantly, in this case, your jpg didn't do much
more than "prove" the existence of the problem. That's not
necessary unless somebody doubts you, although there's a
common tendency for folks to want to do it - maybe based
on experience with vendor help desks. :-)

Hopefully, Andreas will have an answer for you, but just to
be sure, you should look to see if the addin is loaded using
the Tools | Addins menu item.

On the nunit-discuss list, we have pretty much settled on
abandoning "bundling" of extensions. If an extension comes
with NUnit, it's reasonable for you to come to us when
you get a problem. And extensions get out of date quickly
as NUnit evolves, since we do no more than compile them
and put the assembly into our install.

BTW, you may want to look at the data-driven facilities in
NUnit 2.5. The TestCase attribute gives a superset of the
capabilities of RowTest it's only one of the attributes
supporting parameterized tests. We're about a week away
from the first Beta, but Alpha-4 is available for download
if you want to experiment.
