where do I sign up?

I successfully registered on the http://www.creativeservices.us/ 
website.  However, I cannot find the place where you sign up for an 
EccoPro membership, pay your annual fee, and then are able to 
download the new files.

This seems to be a large, complicated website offering many services 
that aren't going to apply to me.

What should I do next? I have a friend coming over this afternoon who 
can help me with the installation.... I'm hoping to download the 
program file before then.
