Based on past experience, with over 5000 contacts, export to comma separated value (CSV) Excel spreadsheet first, making sure all the data comes over and in the correct cells/order.

 

Then you can import into Outlook..  I believe this is the safest, most efficient method.

so did you rest anything evening?  I did laundry and cleaned up a bit.  MI5 was on so I watched that.  I am tired though and will probably go to bed early.  Maybe Friday when Todd is off we will go to dinner and eat in early evening.  He is at swat team meeting in new port now.  I am wondering how long he will do this.  Later princess....
