I use an EccoPro folder on my SDCard. Depending on the amount of text
and graphics just print the Notepad to Adobe PDF and copy the result
with MyPhoneExplorer to your Phone's memory card. Open the PDF file with
File Manager and Adobe Reader on your phone.

If it is just text Notes of MyPhoneExplorer will sync the Notes folder
to your phone's MPE Notes. Task (Ticklers) sync text and body with the
first subitem supported to the calendar app of your choice. Also
supported are Due Date, Alarms and Done.
