Cannot install EccoPro 64-Bit. Needs installation keys

I am paid member of Compusol's Ecco support service.  I downloaded the installation files for both EccoPro 64-bit and EccoProX 64-bit.  Both installation files ask me for an installation key that was not provided.  The installation fails when I don't enter one.

I did put the installation files in C:\EccoPro64 before starting the install.  I also tried C\EccoProX64 just for fun.

What am I doing wrong?
